11. Escalating steps to solve a problem

  1. Leave the context by navigating back, or by clicking the Home button. Then try again.

  2. Restart MyContexts (exit the context, refresh the browser window).

  3. If the problem happened in a context you constructed yourself, try to create another like it.

  4. If the above failed, there is nothing to it but concluding that your installation is now broke. Reset it as described in Reset your account.
