12. Reset your account
Sometimes you just have to give up an installation because of errors (remember, MyContexts is not even yet in beta version). Fortunately, it is easy to re-install MyContexts completely:

exit the context you’re in, if any;

refresh the page;

enter your user name;

check the box titled
Check to reset account (removes all data!)

press the button
Log in
.
It may take a few seconds before the window refreshes and you can log in again. Note that all data will have been lost!
