12. Reset your account

Sometimes you just have to give up an installation because of errors (remember, MyContexts is not even yet in beta version). Fortunately, it is easy to re-install MyContexts completely:

  • exit the context you’re in, if any;

  • refresh the page;

  • enter your user name;

  • check the box titled Check to reset account (removes all data!);

  • press the button Log in.

It may take a few seconds before the window refreshes and you can log in again. Note that all data will have been lost!
